Copper patinas: rust patina, silver patina, old red barn patina
Copper patinas are usually thought of in scales of darkening brown on a penny or a oxidized green copper roof. Our patinas range in color from rustic rust, old red barn, tarnished silver, artistic multi-hued to our standard copper penny browns. Although never attempted on a large scale copper hood, the nickel plated sample showed excellent promise for a bright silver surface on copper. Copper is uniquely alterable via chemical patina solutions, so we allow you to think out of the box of the typical copper patina browns and copper patina greens.
Copper crown moldings add sophistication to our copper hoods. We have standard profiles that apply to the bulk
of our copper range hoods. Matching our copper crown moldings to stock wood crown moldings is available and will be looked at on an
individual basis. We typically are able to bend our copper to closely match the profiles. Corbels are a new feature of ours and we
can add copper corbels to the flanking parts of a hood.
